This past Tuesday night I had a medical emergency that put me in your Emergency Room. I want to tell you that I was more than pleased with the treatment I received. The ER was extremely busy that night, but I was cared for immediately and efficiently. My ailment was quickly assessed and medications begun at once.
The staff not only provided me with the treatment I required but also supplied lots of TLC during the several hours before I was able to be released to go home. The nurses were great even though they were very busy and dealing with several EVAC patients. I also overheard them dealing patiently and caringly with a very difficult patient in the space next to mine.
Unfortunately, I don’t have the names of those who were on staff that night, but I hope you will be able to pass along my gratitude to them.
I have also had several occasions to use the hospital’s diagnostic services and have had excellent experiences with them as well.
