On the 4th of July, I was treated in your Emergency Room, and 4 hours later admitted to the BFMC 3rd floor.
In every aspect of this experience, I was treated with kindness and professionalism.
My ER nurse, Michelle, was very comforting and precise.
The ER on-call cardiologist, Dr. Khalil, was straightforward and helpful.
Wehn held overnight in room 318 B, those floor nurses really brightened up my attitude. The day staff, Kristen, RN, and CNA, Tess, were wonderful. Please commend them. At night, I was often out of it, but remember Barbie as being also very nice. (nice assumes professionalism and attitude.)
Doctor Berger was very "nice" (see above). He is a straight shooter.
Finally, the BFMC kitchen is to be highly commended. I'm a war widow, and military chow never tasted like this! Really, the meals were excellent. I'd heard of Chef Jeff from his award winning contests outside BFMC, and now I know why he's a winner. And, the kitchen staff, Amy and Debbie, who took my choices and delivered my meals were top notch.
